Harrachov awaits. Autumn mountains, pure orienteering.
🍂 24–25 October: Krkonoše, autumn colours & a mass start for M/W 21 and youth categories
The autumn round of Czech O-Tour 2026 will once again head into the mountains — this time on 24–25 October in Harrachov, one of the best-known resorts in the Krkonoše Mountains. And as mountain weather likes to remind us, anything can happen.
Will we get sunshine, the first hints of winter, or — as the Ore Mountains showed us this year — both at once? 🌞❄️
This year’s autumn date is scheduled one week earlier, just before the autumn holidays. There’s a simple reason: from 1 November the ski slopes begin snowmaking and the mountains gradually shift into winter mode. Thanks to this, Czech O-Tour will enjoy the full palette of colourful autumn and open mountain terrain without seasonal restrictions.
Krkonoše as you love them: raw, beautiful, honest
The terrain around Harrachov will offer everything that makes autumn orienteering in the mountains special: ridge lines, rocky sections, marshes, demanding navigation and views that feel like a reward in themselves.
A two-day programme awaits — one that will test technique, physical strength and the ability to stay focused in fast-changing conditions.
New for adults and youth categories: Sunday long distance with mass start
For selected adult and youth categories, we’re preparing something special: a Sunday long distance with a mass start.
But don’t worry — those who prefer solitude in the mountains will still find suitable courses and categories.
So add the third date to your calendar:
