Where can I find the data for an international bank transfer?

What happens when some races have to be postponed or adjusted due to covid (or other) measures and I have paid for the entire series?
You don’t have to worry. In case the race could not take place, then you will be able to choose whether to return the entry fee (or the ratio from the entire series) or to participate in the race on an alternative date.

I entered myself and other competitors via the online entry form and each of us got its own payment number. Can I pay for all at once?
Yes, it is not necessary to send individual payments for each competitor. However, please write the payment numbers in the message for the recipient, or send us an explanatory email to info@o-tour.cz so that we can assign the payment correctly.

What does it mean, practically speaking, to sign up for the whole series? Sign up individually in ORIS for 8 different individual races?
No. You simply sign up for the whole series via this page in ORIS. We will then upload the dates for the individual rounds after the entry deadline.

I’ve entered the whole series, but I’m looking at the individual races in ORIS and it’s not uploaded there. Is that correct?
If the series entry deadline hasn’t passed yet, then it’s correct. Once the series entries close then we will upload the data for each round. The entry fee can be seen on the ORIS series page, but you will be able to check your entry (name, class, SI card) for each round on the respective ORIS pages. When I register for the entire O-Tour series, do I also need to register separately for the bonus stage in Český Krumlov (“prologue”), or will be my entry from the series imported?
Only for the race in Český Krumlov do all those registered for the series have to register themselves for this bonus race. We will then reduce the entry fee to CZK 100 for them (after the end of registration for the series).

I signed up for the whole series but got injured during the year and will not be able to participate in all the races. Am I entitled to a refund of my entry fee?
As the entry fee for the whole series is discounted and there are other benefits associated with it, we will not refund the entry fee. However, you have the option of finding a substitute for yourself. We offer a name change for a fee of 100 CZK. If you only want to change your class, then it is free during the basic entry period for that round, later again for a fee of 100 CZK and only if there is a vacancy. Please report changes to us at info@o-tour.cz.

Can I find a substitute for myself even if I am only registered for individual rounds and cannot attend?
Yes, this is possible also for individual rounds. The name change is free of charge during the basic entry period. After the basic entry deadline for a given round there will be a change of name or class (if capacity is available) for a fee of 100 CZK.

I am registered for the whole series – can I change the class during the year?
Yes, it is possible for free, but you will probably lose a very good result in the year-long series as you will be counted in both classes. Notify the required change by email to info@o-tour.cz during the basic entry period for that round. Later changes will be possible only if there is a free capacity and for a fee of 100 CZK.

Do I have to go to the event office?
No, as long as you have paid the entry fee in order and do not request any changes or need to borrow a SI-card. Those wishing to make a late entry or change their SI-card number or make any other change about their race must go to the event office. And, of course, those who do not have their entry fee paid in full must go there.

What should I do if I am registered for the whole Czech O-Tour series and I would like to order additional accommodation service at individual races?
You can order accommodation in ORIS even if you are not registered for that particular race (or specific race ID in ORIS). Just select “Sign up” for the race, but do not sign up for a class, just select from the additional services below by clicking on the shopping cart. If that still doesn’t work, email your requirements to info@o-tour.cz and we’ll make it happen.
