Selection of start times for Zoo Prague starts on 16 January
Want to get the most out of your visit of Prague Zoo? Want to coordinate the whole family’s start? Or are you coming from far away and want a later start? That’s why we’ve prepared an app for the opening round of the GAPP Czech O-Tour in Prague Zoo to select the start times.

What is the start time selection app for?
The start time picker allows you to choose the exact time from the options offered so that you can make the most of your time at the zoo after the race with your family or friends.
When will the system be up and running?
The system will go live on Thursday, January 16 at 20:00. It is at this time that the link to select your start times will be posted in ORIS (The link will also be posted on the website and social media, but use ORIS primarily). You will be able to make your selections until Sunday, January 19 at 23:59. Don’t delay your selection too long, as start times can disappear quickly, especially in some categories.
Who is the system for?
The system is for competition classses only. The public classes (HDR, OPEN-S, OPEN-M, OPEN-L and T) can arrive at the start anytime between 9:00 and 13:00, so they do not need to choose a start time in advance.
How will it all work?
From ORIS you go to the web application with the selection of start times. Enter the required information for the competitors you want to select a start time for (category, registration number – see ORIS, email). Click on the “POTVRĎ” (confirm) button. You will receive an email confirmation of your start time selection – you must click on the link in the email to confirm your selection (no later than 2 hours after selection).

What happens if I don’t select a time?
If you do not select a time, we will automatically assign you one of the available start times.
Can I enter a request for a start time in ORIS?
For this race you must select times exclusively through the start time selection application, requests in ORIS will not be considered.
The start time for my name has already been selected, but I did not select it. What to do?
If your start time has already been selected, please contact the organisers at it@o-tour.cz and request that it be released.
Will all selected start times be accommodated?
The selected time should be the final time, however, there may be some minor changes at the end. The start list published in ORIS is valid! It will be published a few days before the race.
The website with the selection of start times is not working. What to do?
The orienteers have overloaded our server, hopefully it will be back up in a moment.
I successfully selected the start time, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Wait for 5 minutes, especially when starting the system, it may take a while to send. Then check your bulk and spam mail to see if the mail is there. Check if your selected start time has been allocated for your category, or try to re-enter with your registration number. If this does not work, contact the organisers at it@o-tour.cz and ask for a manual confirmation of your selected start times.
My entry doesn’t exist “přihláška neexistuje”
This message pops up if an invalid category and registration number combination is entered. For those registered for the whole series, registration numbers are valid in the separate race in Zoo Prague – you can find them next to your name in ORIS.
