Registration for the competition classes at the Czech O-Tour in Vyšší Brod is now closed, and it’s time to introduce a new feature – with the orienteering registration system dohlas.se, you can still take care of everything you need online even after registration has closed.

How it works

  1. On dohlas.se, select the days for which you want to register, make a change, or purchase one of the available services.
  2. After filling in your information, you’ll see payment instructions – you can pay in advance via bank transfer to our account (using a QR code). We prefer bank transfers, but if necessary, you can also pay in cash or by card at the check-in stations.
  3. Once your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. The email includes a link (or QR code) that you can use to verify that you’ve purchased the services.
  4. At the check-in points (campsite check-in, event office, arena entrances, bus boarding areas), simply present the QR code from the email, and you’ll be checked in (receiving your wristband, campground parking pass, etc.).
  5. What if you want to change your order? You can cancel your order and create a revised one before payment is processed.
  6. Where should you direct your questions? Help for the system is available at dohlas.se/help. If you can’t find a solution there, email us at info@o-tour.cz.

All information about dohlas.se will also be described in detail in the bulletin 2 for Český Krumlov and Vyšší Brod. Everything can also be handled on-site, but to speed up the process, we strongly recommend ordering and paying for everything in advance.

Parking at Arena Martínkov

Enter your license plate number at dohlas.se and easily pay for parking from the comfort of your home. You can choose to pay for the entire duration or for individual days (parking in Český Krumlov is free). No cash will be collected upon entry, so you won’t have to wait in any unnecessary lines. If you don’t pay the parking fee in advance, you can do so on-site via dohlas.se, the event office will be happy to assist you if needed.

Parking at the Vyšší Brod Campsite (for campsite guests only)

Through dohlas.se, you can also pay the standard parking fee for guests staying at the Vyšší Brod campsite (this fee was not included in the price of your ORIS accommodation). Upon check-in, you will receive a ticket to place on your car window, which will let camp staff know that you have paid. Parking is charged for the entire duration of your stay (August 5–9).

Arena Tickets

All competitors registered for at least one stage of the GAPP Czech O-Tour in Vyšší Brod or for the race in Český Krumlov will receive a free wristband (ticket), which serves as entry ticket to the entire World Cup program, including the ceremonies. Competitors will receive their wristbands at the SI read-out in Český Krumlov or by scanning their SI card at the arena entrance in Martínkov. Competitors are required to present their wristband each time they enter the arena or attend the evening ceremonies and concerts in Vyšší Brod. The HDR category is entitled to a ticket for a child and an accompanying adult.

Registered competitors in the Czech O-Tour do not need to buy a ticket!

If you are not a participant in the Czech O-Tour, you can purchase a spectator ticket for individual days or for all World Cup races through dohlas.se.

Buses

You can take the shuttle bus from Vyšší Brod to the arena in Martínkov. Through dohlas.se, you can book a ticket for all stages in Martínkov (tickets will be issued at the campsite upon check-in or at the boarding point) or a one-way round trip (simply show your QR code from dohlas.se). Bus stops are located at the Vyšší Brod Klášter train station (250 meters from the campsite) and at the race arena.

Live Podcast Recording

You can also use dohlas.se to reserve tickets for the live recording of the “Správným Směrem” podcast (czech only), which will take place on Thursday, August 6, at 8:00 PM at the cinema in Vyšší Brod. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation.

By paying via QR code, you’ll be contributing to the “Darujeme kroužky dětem” and “Čistoles” projects

Every card purchase carries a 1–3% fee that gets lost in the financial system. By using the free dohlas.se system, we can send a portion of those savings to places where the money truly makes a difference. For every QR payment, Czech Orienteering Federation will donate 0.5% to the “Darujeme kroužky dětem” (donation for a free after-school clubs to children) project. The creator of dohlas.se and the direct QR payment system dobraplatba.cz (Lukáš Ježek, CHA8604) will contribute the same amount to the “Čistoles” project.
