Where will it run in January 2025? You haven’t run here yet!
The Czech O-Tour 2025 series starts in January. We want the series to be a really year-round, so we chose this winter date, although we know that the weather can be all kinds. The location will be worth it! We’re also publishing the series schedule and opening registration at 20:25.
On January 26 we will open the season in the Prague Zoo. The largest and most visited zoo in the Czech Republic will host the first part of the Czech O-Tour series. We have managed to arrange special conditions for the race, which will be truly unique. We are preparing a longer sprint, which the best will complete in about 25 minutes. After the race there will be enough time to visit the whole ZOO area and enjoy the day in Prague. In addition, we are preparing a new feature: for this race you will be able to choose your start time in January, after the end of entries.
On the other hand, we have to be fair and admit that compared to the other stages, the race in ZOO Prague will be more expensive. However, besides completing the race, it will allow you to be in the ZOO all day, enjoy all the attractions and see the animals that are at home here. If you buy the entry fee for the whole series, you will have this race for free. So make sure you don’t miss out as the race is limited to 1500 participants.
Start of Entries
Entries for all Czech O-Tour 2025 races including the all series entries will open today at 20:25. Full information can also be found in the just released schedule. What to expect?

- in the summer, together with EYOC 2025, the Czech O-Tour will take place in the Moravský kras (Moravian Karst)

News for 2025 series
Besides the fact that the Czech O-Tour 2025 will have a total of 4 stages from January to October, we have decided to adjust some classes, especially the masters age group. Based on the number of entries we have added for example the DH40, DH50 and DH60 categories, while we have removed the B subcategories for 55 and 65. At the same time, we have modified the category name for young runners who are running alone ribbons course. The new name will be DH10F, taking into account the recommendations of the Czech Orienteering Methodics.
Welcome to GAPP Czech O-Tour
The title partner of the Czech O-Tour has also changed. The technology company GAPP is taking over the baton. We are very happy to have them on board with us.
