The best of the Bulletin 2 for Třebíč

The GAPP Czech O-Tour 2026 is about to begin, and plenty of fun awaits you in Třebíč as you search for control points and choose your routes. Add to that a tried-and-true accompanying program, a bit of sunshine, and a beautiful Saturday—it’s all set.

The Czech Knock-out Sprint Championships will also be taking place throughout the day alongside the Czech O-Tour. So be sure to check the race schedule carefully so you can be in the right place at the right time to cheer on the competitors. We also ask that you respect the embargoed areas around the arena and along the route from the parking lot.

Bulletin 2 Třebíč

• Upon arrival, be aware of the embargoed area! You can only access the arena from the main parking lot by following the ribbons or from the north. Otherwise, you risk being DISQUALIFIED!
• The start of the first sprint (starting at 10:00) is 1,35 km away. We’ve set up restrooms along the way to the start. The finish line will be within sight of the arena.
• The second (afternoon) sprint (starting at 14:45) will take you to other beautiful spots in the center of Třebíč. It’s only 800 m to the start, and the finish will be right in the arena. The H21E category and the KO sprint elimination (DH21KO) have a map flip.
• The terrain of the second stage is tricky, so you may encounter orange-and-white cones in some narrow streets or passages. To ensure greater race safety, the HDR, DH10F, OPEN-S/M/L, and T categories will start no earlier than 16:30.

Do you remember what the weather was like during the spring rounds of the Czech O-Tour? Terezín – sunshine and dark clouds. Mirakulum – typical April weather with sunshine, showers, and a bit of snow. Žacléř – sunshine, strong winds, and snowfall on Sunday. And what about Třebíč? We’ve ordered nothing but sunshine (fingers crossed 🙏)!

What’s in store at the arena this time?

• Did you make a mistake? Did you stumble upon the most beautiful place in the world? At the finish line of both stages, you’ll find the “wall of mistakes” that you loved so much in the Ore Mountains.
• The GAPP photo booth will be back with free photo printing. But heads up! It’s only available from 10:00 to 15:00.
• The O-bazaar is a must—do some spring cleaning in your closet, donate old medals, keychains, or SI cards.
• The adventure race for kids (starting from the children’s corner) will this time solve the mystery of the Easter Bunny.
• The Sporticus labyrinth will stump both kids and adults.
• The Kooperativa booth will offer contests and “special glasses” simulating, for example, the effects of alcohol.
• At 2MCyklosport, you can test Craft shoes – either just for fun or right in the race. You can borrow exclusive Isaac Meson road bikes for testing or try out the Cycplus T7 Smart Bike stationary bike (trainer).
• Want to win? A drawing will be held among all participants during the prize giving. Three winners can look forward to a package of Los Křupos ULTRA.
