XIX. Krkonoše to the area of forgotten patriots

Our trip starts in Jablonec nad Jizerou, we can easily travel there by train for instance. Firstly, we set off on our journey following the green marked track in a direction of Paseky nad Jizerou. In old times, many people were crossing this path to sell their local products like cheese or butter in Tanvald. In Paseky, there is a great exposition focusing on life in this area, crafts, or the violin school that can be found in Památník zapadlých vlastenců. If we continue further we will reach the cottage called Horská chata na Perlíčku or simply PRDEK. Remember to order the local beer there and play the unique local game called Čamburína. You definitely should try your best! Furthermore, we continue on yellow-marked track crossing Tomášovy vrchy back to Jablonec nad Jizerou. In case we are looking for another gem, there is a Zvědavá ulička (“curious street”) in Jilemnice, or you can visit a railway museum in Martinice.
